This client wanted both a logo and an advertisement for their new condo. They wanted something that felt modern and yet reminded people of the beach. After a few variations this is the logo they landed on and I began working on advertisements.

I used images they gave me of the condo to create three ads for them to choose from. The first and largest one is ultimately the one the client chose to go with.
